We receive, and gladly field, an enormous number of questions from customers that are important for us to answer as correctly as we can.
Throughout the month, we offer live Q&A calls where anyone can join in and ask questions. We receive so many that we often can only get to 10+ per call with the hosts, but our team is also active in the chat and able to answer most questions there.
We also offer a Frequently Asked Questions section on our website for those looking for additional information.
Recently, the following question was sent by email to our team regarding Vitamin B12:
I was looking at your package for Cardio Miracle under the Supplement Facts and saw where one serving contained 4,167% of the B12 and it for 100 micrograms.
Then I compared it to the B12 we've been taking that I bought from Fresh Thyme Farmers Market and on the bottle it said their B12 was 10 times more than yours. It had a thousand micrograms in it and that those thousand micrograms had 41.667% of the daily value.
Since there was such a large discrepancy between the bottle and your package facts on supplements, I thought I would see if there was a typo on your package. Maybe there just should be a decimal point in there somewhere. Maybe it should be 4.167%.
I'm just really curious to know what the difference is because one of them is incorrect.
Thank you so much for taking questions like this.
Here Was the Response
Not AI generated, but rather a personal email from the Vice President of the company, Josh Hewlett (my brother).

This is the level of care and attention we put into responding quickly and accurately:
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We take feedback like this seriously.
Cardio Miracle contains 100 mcg of Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) per serving. This equals about 4,167% of the Daily Value. The recommended use is typically two servings per day, for a total of 200 mcg.
This is not a typo, FYI.
Vitamin B12 is water-soluble. The body absorbs what it needs and excretes the rest in urine. There is no established Upper Limit from major authorities because toxicity from oral B12 is considered extremely rare. Doses of 1,000 mcg and higher are commonly used in supplements without widespread reports of harm. Methylcobalamin is the active, preferred form used in Cardio Miracle.
We understand your concern.
If you have any questions or would like us to provide the full Supplement Facts panel or other product details to share with you or your doctor, we are happy to help.
If you or your physician feels the B12 amount is not appropriate for you, you are always welcome to reduce to one serving per day if that feels more comfortable in the meantime.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.
