You woke up today.
You feel just a little bit…off.
Yes, you are getting older, but this feels a bit more drastic than usual.
You are a go-getter. Putting on your running shoes, you begin your outdoor efforts for the day.
You notice you are a bit more creaky than yesterday.
It even hurts to put your shoes on, harder to get yourself out the door, and the sunshine isn’t making you as happy as it normally does because your back is sore, your mind is unclear, and your fingers and toes won’t seem to wake up.
Yes, things are not functioning as well as they usually do by this point in your day.
When was the last time you had the following symptoms:
- Cold hands and feet
- Fatigue despite adequate rest
- Reduced exercise tolerance
- Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
- Poor circulation
- Slower recovery after activity
Did you know that low nitric oxide levels may contribute to these symptoms?
Because these symptoms are common, they’re often normalized rather than investigated.
“What is happening to me?” you ask.
You are aging, yes, but also this is nature’s way, a little bit through environment, a lot due to what we put in our bodies (by way of food and drink), how we continually keep a vigilant watch on our very precious health daily, all adding up to make or break the aging process.
But this one sneaks up on us like a thief in the night.
Nitric oxide deficiency doesn’t come with a warning label. Instead, it shows up quietly—often mistaken for “just getting older” or being overly tired.
What is Nitric Oxide in the first place and how do I know I need to supplement it?
Nitric Oxide was coined by science as “The Miracle Molecule” in 1998, when its discovery won the Nobel Prize.
In short, nitric oxide therapy and supplementation restores the miracle molecule to the body naturally through amino acids l-arginine and l-citrulline, relaxing the blood vessels to improve overall blood flow.
Understanding the signs of low nitric oxide can help uncover why the body doesn’t feel or perform the way it once did.
What Causes Nitric Oxide Levels to Drop?
Several factors can reduce nitric oxide production over time:
- Aging and endothelial wear
- Chronic stress and inflammation
- Poor dietary intake of key nutrients
- Lack of regular movement
- Sleep deprivation
Over time, these factors reduce the body’s ability to maintain healthy blood flow.
But, you ask: Why me? Why now? I take care of myself, eat fairly well, walk and exercise regularly, so why is this happening?
You’re not alone, and luckily you can do something about it without racing to the doctor’s office to get some medication that has 10 million side effects that could very well make everything else in your body function even worse!
How can you take control of your own health?
By facing the reality that your nitric oxide levels may be diminishing.
Addressing low nitric oxide involves:
- Consistent physical activity
- Nutrient-dense foods
- Stress reduction
- Sleep optimization
- Strategic nutritional support when appropriate
In addition, supplementing nitric oxide with a product that gives you all nutrients necessary to work together in a bioavailable blend that supports your health efforts, you can see massive benefits in one simple and delicious drink, twice a day.

Susan, excellent comment, thank you. I think you answered your own question as you listed all of the things you are currently doing daily . Most of what you are taking is preventative, and are already in Cardio Miracle. Perhaps in evaluating the value of nitric oxide to deliver greater absorption of what you are taking, will assist in understanding that most of what you are taking is in one drink of Cardio Miracle. Prevention is important. If approaching 70 there most likely is some plaque and some endothelial compromising from the aging process which you are doing better than 90% it appears. Cardio Miracle can contribute to your continued good health, and perhaps the weird feeling was the nitric oxide doing first hand therapy to your coronary arteries if some minor way. Best wishes, you can also save money and take far less capsules each day with the CM delivery in a nice drink each day.
question. I just purchase my first cardio miracle. I don’t have any of the symptom as described above but am always researching way to keep myself from having those symptoms. I do take Liposomal Vit C, Omega 3 liquid a few times a week , drink lemon water upon rising in am, no coffee. Take dropper of liquid vit d 3 , magnesium and iodine. CLA, Turmeric B-12 for homastiene level to stay normal, and adhs for adrenel levels to stay normal. I also do a live blood analysis every March which is coming up. I do drink lion mame mushroom tea with Turkey tail to detox once a week. NO meds at all and I am 67 pushing 68 in august . Ok my question is : with me being already healthy , paddle board five times a week and jog here and there , stretch etc. How often should I drink he cardio miracle if I really don’t need it? Reason asking is after drinking for two weeks I experienced a weird feeling around my heart which woke me up from sleeping I have never had this happen before and was wondering if that was because I was clearing arteries around my heart . So i stopped on a regular bases and just add a little bit of the powder to my homemade steam distilled water (i do add back in Mike Adams Health Ranger liquid vit back to the steam distilled water ) If you can shed some light on this that would be great. I have not had that feeling since. Oh and by the way it does taste really good. Respectfully Susan Halter
