And then, especially if the broadcast is live, you will see the most astounding response. One, then ten, then hundreds suddenly come to the defense of the influencer and our product, freely sharing their life-changing and life-saving testimonials with everyone in the comments.
It is a sight to behold.
It is the way of our customers.

A Customer Who Cared Enough to Reach Out
Recently, we received an extremely detailed suggestion from a very smart customer, originally in the field of medicine and chemistry, who was concerned about an issue they found on our website.
Instead of posting publicly that we had made a mistake, they reached out to us personally.
Below is their thoughtful message:
To Whom It May Concern,
I'm a retired Medicinal Chemist/Scientist who is writing with friendly intent. I looked up Cardio Miracle out of scientific interest and found the website.
The reason I'm writing this email is to let you know the structure of l-Arginine is incorrect on the "Our Team" page of your website. The structure shown is that of l-Glutamine and not l-Arginine. They are two very different amino acids with different properties, i-Glutamine has an amide functional group in the side chain whereas i-Arginine has a Guanidine functional group.

There may be a good reason for the incorrect structure but I thought I should let you know. I'm not trying to be clever but to an Organic/Medicinal Chemist it's not a good look but it is an error which at least 99.99999% of your website viewers would not recognize!

You’re right about the structure on the Our Team page.
The graphic labeled L-Arginine is L-Glutamine.
Completely different side chains, as you said — amide versus guanidine — and not something we want sitting on a science-facing page. There isn’t a clever reason for it; it was a graphic mix-up, and your email is exactly the kind of catch we appreciate.
We’ve flagged it with the team and will replace it with the correct L-Arginine structure.
Thank you for taking the time to write with such care and precision. Most people would never notice. A retired medicinal chemist would — and we’re grateful you did.
